Registration

Register online using VISA, AMEX or MASTERCARD, or choose to pay by CHEQUE.  Receipts/invoices will be issued by the system so please be sure to enter your correct email address on the registration form.  Please also print and keep your email receipt.

Please note that payments will appear on your credit bill as coming from KineMedics.

All cheques must be received at least one week prior to the conference.

 

Cancellation

Delegates cancelling, in writing, prior to April 20th will receive a full refund less a $35.00 administration fee.  Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit 100% of the registration fee, although substitutions may be made at any time.  All refunds will be forwarded after the conference.
