Rolling, Rolling, Rolling

In starting a Myofascial Rolling Program, many patients and athletes get focused on the glutes, lateral thigh and lateral hamstring. They are the regions where their problems most likely originate from and the area most often demonstrated to roll by healthcare practitioners. When treating these, don't forget to also roll the adductor and inner thigh/hamstring. This area is usually missed or ignored. By "releasing" or rolling the inner regions of the leg, improved movement of the pelvis, hips and low back can be achieved.
